Maximizing Synergy with
PLA/PN Hybrid Formula

A premium formulation combining PLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) 50mg and PN (Polynucleotide) 10mg. Unlike traditional PLA products, it is designed as a PN-combined skin booster to promote faster cellular turnover and earlier clinical feedback.

Reconstitution Protocol

1. Cannula & Needle Injection

Total: 5ml

STEP 01. Inject 2ml of Sterile Water for Injection(SWFI), shake vigorously for 2 mins.

STEP 02. Add 2ml of SWFI, shake for 1 min.

STEP 03. Stand for 1–3 hours for complete hydration.

STEP 04. Add 1ml Lidocaine immediately prior to use; shake gently before use.

2. Multi-Injector Injection

Total: 8ml

STEP 01. Inject 4ml of SWFI, shake vigorously for 2 mins for initial dissolution.

STEP 02. Add 3ml of SWFI, shake for 1 min.

STEP 03. Stand for 1–3 hours for complete hydration(3 hours recommended).

STEP 04. Add 1ml Lidocaine immediately prior to use; shake gently.

Standard Injection Depth Manual

Anatomical Depth

1.5 mm – 2.0 mm

Considered optimal for achieving the combined benefits of both PN and PLA at the boundary of deep dermis.

Forehead & Eye Area

1.0 mm (Strict Depth)

Multi-injector use is Not Recommended for forehead/periorbital areas due to minimal fat layer and nodule risk. Use strict shallow depths.

To minimize the risk of lumps and ensure even distribution of PLA particles within the skin tissue, strict adherence to post-care massage is mandatory.

In-Clinic Preparation Tip: The clinical success of SOSUM PLA/PN 140 relies heavily on "thorough hydration." A hydration window of 1 to 3 hours (maximum 48 hours) is mandatory after adding SWFI. Please build this buffer into your clinic’s workflow and scheduling timelines.
